Warranty Question Concerning Used X32

Am I correct in assuming purchasing a used X32 would have no warranty (even if it was still under warranty for the original purchaser)?

5. Warranty Transferability

This Limited Warranty is extended exclusively to the original buyer (customer of authorized Reseller) and is not transferable to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product. No other person (distributor, dealer, fulfiller, retailer etc.) shall be entitled to give any warranty promise on behalf of MUSIC Group.

Hi Behringer,
I have another problem with registering my products.
I register S16 and X32, and I fill to your reg. form. pay date (August 2012), but I get products (X32-September 2012 and S16-December 2012).
So, in my registrations must be as a start of warranty delivery date, not pay date. Is any way for change dates of my registered products?
