UCG102 - how can I get the bundled software?

Hey there,

I just purchased a UCG102, which should be bundled with the NI Guitar Combos software, which in turn can be upgraded to the full Guitar Rig Pro Version.

I was told by Thomann that Behringer does no longer supply discs with their products - as mine didn't contain one.

How can I obtain this software plus a valid Serial number that I can register with NI to take advantage of the offered reduced price upgrade to the full version?

Native Instruments discontinued the NI Guitar Combos software. The company has since upgraded to Guitar Rig 5 Player!

Follow the steps below for driver installation and download as well!

ownload and install:

BEHRINGER_2902_WIN32_2.8.40.zip

If your Windows 7, XP or Vista is 64 bit:

Download and install:

BEHRINGER_2902_X64_2.8.40.zip

Is your Windows 7 32 or 64 bit?

Here is how to find out:

On your computer, find the icon COMPUTER and RIGHT click on it.

Choose Properties.

On XP. go to:
CONTROL PANEL->SOUNDS AND AUDIO DEVICES
Click on the AUDIO tab.

On Vista or Windows, go to:
CONTROL PANEL->SOUNDS

Set the RECORDING and PLAYBACK devices to:
behringer usb audio

thanks for your reply.

I'm not really interested in the Guitar Combos software itself, what I need however is a serial number for it that I can register with NI (that's what they told me they need in order for me to be eligible for the upgrade).
This serial number was supposed to be printed on the CD case somewhere.

I was told that they cannot generate keys for Guitar Combos and that I need to get one from Behringer.

Can you send me one via PM?
