    Xcontrol Linux

Well once again guys you have pulled a rabbit out the hat with all the products at NAMM and the new versions of xicontrol. Well done.

One question about the Linux version, what processor was targeted when it was compiled ? X86 ?

My Linux system is ARM processor , would you be able to recompile it for arm if it doesn't work ?

    Thanks
    Kev

It shouldn't matter. It uses i686 libs so it should work as long as you have the packages installed. I think the processor type only matters in Distros that have a hacked kernel. If you're running the full kernel it doesn't matter if it's an old mac G4, ARM, ION, AMD, or Intel since there's kernel support for all of those.

What distro are you running Kevin?

He's running on a raspberry-pi. It is running a slightly customized debinan os.

The libs arn't the problem but the actual app. It is compiled for x86. We need one compiled for arm v6 for it to work.

The xcontrol also uses 'juce' framework that is staticly linked into the program.
