DR 100 problem

Hi guys
newbie here so HELLO to you all just bought DR 100 reverb pedal but when i input the power the led light flashes all the time even if im using a battery.The unit does work but i cant switch off the led light any ideas please?

It appears that your DR100 is not working properly. The flashing light indicates a problem with the power section of your DR100.

update for you the unit now turns on and off but now when its turned off it acts as if its turned on and vise versa
