Change forum user name

I have received the request to change my user ID to my real name.

For the life of me, I have not been able to figure out how to do it.

Hi

I wanted to change my username to my real name, and followed the instructions on the "News and Announcements" forum by trying to send a PM to admin "James Burns", but there is no indication that it has been sent (i.e. nothing in my Sent Items folder).

Am I doing something wrong here?
