Controlling X32 FX with FCB1010

But i have a problem and i can not find the answer. How do i control the X32's delay tempo (tap delay), and some of the effects on/off/mute from the floor with the fcb1010... i should be able to do it right? but how?

Behringer FCB1010 TapTempo HOWTO

Here are two ways of sending tap tempo information with the FCB1010: one for effects expecting some kind of controller message from the 'tap' button (some Lexicon units, for example), one designed for effects that expect a Note On message from the 'tap' button.
In all cases, once you've got it set up, you need to use the FCB1010 in Bank Mode, and use the same button you use to select the patch as the tap tempo button.

Units expecting controller message

Read the manual for the effect unit, and find out which controller number and value you need to send. Set the relevant patch to send that controller number and value when selected (remember you'll need to set the MIDI channel for CNT1 or 2 in Global Setup (manual p10) and enable that controller by a long press on the corresponding footswitch in Preset Programming mode).

Units expecting Note On message

Read the manual for the effect unit, and find out which note number you need to send. Set the relevant patch to send that note number when selected. Again, remember the MIDI channel for the Note On message needs setting in Global Set up, and needs enabling for that preset.

I can't find any information in the manual for the X32 about controller values for effect returns and tap?

Dont get me wrong, Kjell, but I guess there are only Midi commands for changing the scenes in X32. CC as in the old DXX or NRP, Sysex in Yamahas seem not to work. Maybe youre getting happy with dealing OSC commands - unfortunately you will need a computer in the middle to translate.

The X32 only receives PC commands (patch change or preset change) so it will not work with CC commands.

Thx Glenn, exactly what I tried to tell with my poor English. Thats why I pointed to the OSC option what X32 is willing to understand (refer to the OSC protcol on the d/l page). _Maybe_ one can put a computer (program, if available) in the middle to _receive_ FCB Midi commands, re-calculate it and _send_ the given OSC commands to the network attached X32. I am not a programmer (Have been 30 years back on Commodore C64 and x86 in machine language which I was teached on University) but AFAIK Bome's Midi Converter is willing to add that feature one day because twas asked for in their forum.
