Send internal FX to Mains & a Aux

I have a recently purchased UB2442fx-pro. Using the built in FX only, how can I send the same FX signal to the monitors as well as the mains. With my current setup, I have the wet signal out the mains but the only way to get the monitors wet is to send them from the control room. What I'd like to do is send FX to the mains AND one of the aux busses. This will give me more control on the monitor levels. Help.
