You're right, for the B115MP3 there only seems to be a Peak power rating available. 700 Watts for the lows, and 300 Watts for the highs. A Peak power rating is typical because this model uses a class D power amp. Yes, the RMS rating (theoretically) would be a bit less then the overall Peak capability, but an exact figure is just not available at this time.
