For example in a show with 2 stages you connect 2 s16 on stage 1 and 2 s16 on stage to

This is because the AES50 protocol supports 48x48 channels of digital audio at 48kHz on each port. In your scenario, I would connect the 2 S16s from one stage to the X32's AES50"A" port, and the 2 S16s on the other stage on a second cable connected to the X32's AES50"B" port.

Can I use all the 48 Channels with the X32 at the same time? Do Behringer produced a Interface from AES50 to PC?

While adding S16s will increase available physical inputs, you can only mix 32 channels at a time (excluding AUX/FX Return Channels). In some scenarios it is desirable to have inputs in different locations and have the console be able to choose inputs with a scene or preset change. For this reason we have utilized the high bandwidth of the AES50 technology to allow the connection of 3 S16s per port, so that one could choose 32 out of up to 96 digital snake inputs by simply changing Routing on the X32. This routing is configured in banks of 8, so that channels 1-8 could come from one box while channels 9-16 come from another, and so on.
BEHRINGER does not currently have a product that will directly convert AES50 to USB/Firewire. Remember that if you have an X32, you can use the UFX card to directly interface with your computer over Firewire or USB. If you want to use the MIDAS designed preamps on the S16 to record without using the UFX card & X32, you can utilize the ADAT outputs on the S16. The S16 can be configured in "Splitter Mode" which will send the signals from the Mic Pres to the ADAT ports. You could then use those outputs to connect to any audio interface with ADAT inputs, such as our FCA1616.
