How to link 2 behringerx32

I have 2 behringer x32 and I would like to link them through cat5 and have them mirror each other until the digital snakes come out. I know how to make one FOH and one monitor but how would I slave to mirror exact changes.
The reason behind this is I have one board programmed enough to start sound check and once I have the musicians set for monitors and front of house is sounding great for a couple of shows, I will then split the two boards up for FOH and monitor.
Any help would be awesome!!

The mixers are "network able", but at this point nothing has been implemented to support this. Of course you can remotely control the preamps in the S16 from the X32, but not from X32 to X32. Keep in mind too, when connecting two X32's together, with one unit setup for "monitor world", preamp control has to be done by the first X32 (in monitor world), while the second X32 (FOH) will only have + or - 12 dB of digital trim.

Ultimately, if what you're after is to get going on the monitor X32 setting EQ's and compressors and even FX, you can simply store the scene onto a USB stick. Then pop it in at FOH and bring up the scene!
