Eurolive B205D with multiple inputs

Hi, I have a BOSS GT-10 & BOSS AD-8 foot pedal to use with my electric and acoustic guitar and need to connect them both to a Behringer eurolive b205d along with a aux send from the mixing desk back to the eurolive.

The aux send contains mix of my vocals, other vocals and keyboard

Both of my foot pedals ‘R’ output go directly to the mixing desk and I need to put both of the ‘L’ outputs of the pedals to the eurolive. As the eurolive has only got 2 ¼ jack inputs I was thinking, could I plug each effect into the jack chanels and get a converter for the aux (xlr) to rca and use the cd input?

If this is not going to be suitable, I also have (not currently using) the following mixers… Behringer XENX 1002 and Behringer EURORACK PRO RX1202FX

Please could someone advise the best configuration of using my pedals / mixers & eurolive?

Dear Alan,

Ultimately the B205D only has 2 inputs, so you'll have to sum something together to make it work, or change your whole ballgame around.

I recommend going mono completely if possible. The thing is, if you actually have stereo FX happening, your results could be hit and miss. If you have the left going to your monitor directly, and the right going to the mixer and the main speakers, then any modulation from left to right will be between your monitoring and the main sound. This could really throw you off with certain FX, and maybe cause side effects with the sound onstage for the rest of the band. If both pedal have a left and right output, you should be able to use left/mono only.

Use one of your mixers, and have both guitar pedals connected mono each on their own channel. The Aux from the main mixer on a third channel. Then you can have proper control of the 3 things you need to hear. Connect one cable from your mixer to the B205D.

Or if the main mixer has an extra pre fader aux send to give you, then connect both pedals to the main mixer first. Then use one aux send for vocals, and a second aux for guitars going to the B205D.
