Any chance at getting these last 2 webinars posted on the X32 Resources soon? I'm unable to attend due to a number of Christmas concerts I'm doing sound for. These last 2 topics will be very beneficial for our church sound crew. Many thanks for all your efforts in making these webinars. They greatly reduce the learning curve of the X32/P16 configuration and operations.

Did the Sonar Webinar ever happen and, if so, where is it posted?

Please post the Webinar #14 X32 & S16 Stage box ASAP. I was unable to attend due to a Christmas concert I had to do sound for. I just received the 2 S16 I ordered back in November and need to review this webinar in order to set these S16s up correctly. I realize that you at Behringer are very busy with NAMM. But it has been nearly a month since this webinar was broadcasted. And I really need this info now.

    Thanks

    Hi Paul,
Sorry for the delay, we hope to have this up very soon. In the meantime, I am sending you a PM with some basic instructions for setting up a X32 + 2xS16 rig. Hope it helps!

    Thanks John,
These webinars have greatly reduced the learning curve from going from an analog sound system to the X32 product line. I will use your instructions in the meantime to setup the S16's in the next couple of days.

    Hi Johnathan,

I hope that this will help:

How do you get two S16's properly connected to one X32 Console?

    1. First the physical connections must be made. Come out of AES50A into the first S16, then AES50B of that S16 into AES50A to the second.

    2. Make sure the X32's Synchronization remains at LOCAL. This is under SETUP / CONFIG.

    3. On the front panel of the first S16, hold the CONFIG button and turn the SELECT/ADJUST encoder to the left until the screen reads “1-8”. This is where it needs to be set.

    4. On the front panel of the second S16, hold the CONFIG button and turn the SELECT/ADJUST encoder to the left until “1-8” displays, then turn one click right to “9-16”. Keep it at “9.16”

    5. On the X32, press the ROUTING button. While on the HOME tab, change the Channel Processing Inputs from Local 1-8, Local 9-16, Local 17-24, Local 25-32 TO AES50 A1-8, AES50 A9-16, AES50 A17-24, AES50 A25-32.

    6. On the X32, to configure the Outputs: press the ROUTING button and tab over to AES50 A. On the first column, change the Outs from Local 1-8 TO “Out 1-8” and the second column from Local 9-16 to “Out 9-16”.

    Thanks Glenn,

Very clear instructions. I have printed this as well as the PM from John and will be following these instructions tomorrow after work at the church. If all goes well, we will be transitioning from the 24x8 analog snake to the 2 S16's this weekend in preparation for the Sunday service. Hopefully soon you will have all those webinars from December posted as well as the S16 "Full Manual" posted. Those webinars already posted have been invaluable for such a smooth transition to the X32/P16 setup we've been using this last month. Many thanks

    Paul
