Remote Control via USB

Anyone know how to connect the Xcontrol app on a PC to the X32 using only a USB cable?

"REMOTE CONTROL – Connect to a PC for remote control via USB or Ethernet cable." - p. 16 of the X32 Manual

I'm able to connect via Ethernet by setting up a Network router, but don't want to go through all that networking configuration setup trouble every time - would rather just plug in a USB cable, and sync up.

Thanks for the response, do you have any idea if it is planned to be able to be used at the same time as eithernet or if its going to be one or the other? If you don't know that's fine too, ill keep watching, great software though, using it on a 19" touch screen at 1152x864 and it works instantly

I am glad that that is working for you.

There have not been any announcements about running more than one instance of X Control at the same time.

There will be more information when it is updated.

Hi Luke,

You actually can run X Control on several iPads at the same time. You should be able to use up to ten iPads or so.
